I would be considered an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. Our billing team will submit claims for you and provide you with a monthly statement detailing any charges and payments.
You should contact your insurance carrier to determine you benefits available, co-pays and deductibles. Medica participants must contact Medica Customer Service at 1-877-252-5558 to obtain an authorization prior to beginning any therapeutic relationship.
